Hobbies and Wellbeing month

Join us for a month of hobbies and wellbeing

We all know it's important to do our best to stay as healthy and active as possible, but sometimes that's difficult if you have reduced mobility or health conditions. Our 'hobbies and wellbeing' month is designed to give you the chance to try a range of specially designed activities that can help keep your brain and body active, and find out more about conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure and how to manage them.

All our sessions and workshops are completely free to attend. They take place in store at 585 Main Street, Palmerston North.
