Our services during COVID-19
On 3 December 2021, the COVID-19 Protection Framework (traffic light system) came into effect. Here's how we operate at the framework's different settings.
Our services at Green
At Green our services are operating as usual. You do not need a vaccine pass to enter the store, but you must sign in, wear a face covering (unless you have an exemption) and maintain a 1-metre distance between yourself and others.
Our services at Orange and Red
At Orange and Red, our services continue but with some added safety precautions. You do not need a vaccine pass to enter the store, but you must sign in, wear a face covering (unless you have an exemption) and maintain a 2-metre distance between yourself and others.
The Sensory Space is open at Orange and Red, however masks must be worn and a vaccine pass is required (unless exempt).
Our services in lockdown
EASIE Living will be closed to the public in the event of a lockdown but you can still get essential items from us.

All orders will be sent via courier. We are unable to offer a click and collect service during lockdown.
Our staff are on site from 8:30am - 2pm Monday - Friday to process orders.
All other EASIE Living services are closed during COVID-19 Alert Level 4.
