Mobility Scooter Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. This competition is run by Enable New Zealand and is open to New Zealand residents only. 
2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
3. Employees of Enable New Zealand are not eligible to enter.
4. The competition opens at 10:00am Friday 17 July and closes at 11:59pm Wednesday 22 July. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
5. To enter, participants must complete the Easie Living Mobility Scooter Survey and provide their name and contact details (email and phone number).
6. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
7. One (1) winner will receive a Merits Roadster mobility scooter.
8. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
9. The winner will be randomly drawn within 7 days of the competition closing date.
10. The winner will be contacted using the details provided in the survey.
11. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn. This process will continue until the prize is claimed.
12. The winner may collect the scooter from the Easie Living store located at 585 Main Street, Palmerston North.
13. Shipping is not included in the prize.
14. The actual colour of the Merits Roadster Mobility Scooter may differ from the one displayed in the giveaway promotional material. 
15. If the winner requires delivery, this must be arranged with Easie Living and all associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the winner.
16. By entering, participants consent to being contacted in relation to this competition.
17. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including having their photo taken and providing a statement, which may be used by Easie Living for marketing purposes.
18. The scooter is supplied under the manufacturer’s standard warranty. No additional warranties are provided by Enable New Zealand or Easie Living.
19. Enable New Zealand are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize, except where required by law.
20. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure the scooter is suitable for their personal needs. No assessment or fitting is included unless organised with Easie Living.
21. Enable New Zealand reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
22. Enable New Zealand reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
23. Enable New Zealand's decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Personal information collected through this competition will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner, and verify eligibility.
