Competition T&Cs

By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

  • This competition is run by Enable New Zealand and is open to New Zealand residents only.
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Enable New Zealand are not eligible to enter.
  • The competition opens at 10:00am Friday 17 July and closes at 10:00am Friday 24 July. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
  • To enter, participants must complete the Easie Living Mobility Scooter Survey and provide their name and contact details (email and phone number).
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  • One (1) winner will receive a Merits Roadster mobility scooter.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • The winner will be randomly drawn within 7 days of the competition closing date.
  • The winner will be contacted using the details provided in the survey.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn. This process will continue until the prize is claimed.
  • The winner may collect the scooter from the Easie Living store located at 585 Main Street, Palmerston North.
  • Shipping is not included in the prize.
  • If the winner requires delivery, this must be arranged with Easie Living and all associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the winner.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including having their photo taken and providing a statement, which may be used by Easie Living for marketing purposes.
  • The scooter is supplied under the manufacturer’s standard warranty. No additional warranties are provided by Enable New Zealand or Easie Living.
  • Enable New Zealand are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize, except where required by law.
  • It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure the scooter is suitable for their personal needs. No assessment or fitting is included unless otherwise stated.
  • Enable New Zealand reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
  • Enable New Zealand reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
  • By entering, participants consent to being contacted in relation to this competition.
