Alternative Payment Options

We offer both Layby and quotes for Work and Income payments. 

Layby

With Easie Living Layby, you can secure the items you want and pay them off over time. To start a layby, we just need your name, address, phone number and photo ID. Payments can be made weekly, fortnightly, or monthly over a 12-week period.  We will explain how it all works with you in-store and set up the rest with you. 

How It Works

  1. Choose your items
    Let us know what products you are interested in. We can also assist you with information about products in-store and what products are best suited to your needs.

  2. Complete the paperwork
    You’ll need to fill out a short form and provide a valid photo ID. We will work with you to discuss your payment schedule and the amount due on each payment. 

  3. Pay your deposit
    A deposit is required to secure your layby. This is 10% of the total cost of your items. 

  4. Make your regular payments
    Complete each payment until the full amount is paid. 

  5. Collect your items
    Once your final payment is made, your items are yours to take home and enjoy.

WINZ Quotes. 

We’re proud to be a registered supplier with Work and Income New Zealand (WINZ). This means we can provide quotes to help you access support for essential purchases.

How It Works:

  1. Choose your items 
    Let us know what products you are interested in. We can also assist you with information about products in-store and what products are best suited to your needs.

  2. Request a quote
    We will prepare a quote for the products that you have chosen. 

  3. Send the quote prepared by the Easie Living team to your case manager.

  4. You will receive confirmation that your quote has been accepted or denied. 
    If your quote has been accepted, WINZ will confirm the method of payment. 

  5. As soon as payment is confirmed, we will process your order, and it will be ready for pick up.

We do not do exchanges or refunds on any WINZ approved payments. 

In some circumstances, if a product is quoted at an incorrect size, we may be
able to change the sizing. This is subject to the product and discretion of
Easie Living Staff. 

It is up to your case manager to inform you about why your quote was declined. If you can only get approval for some of the products we have quoted you for, we are more than happy to redo your quote.

If you change your mind on the products you require, we will redo your quote for you.

There are two different ways to pay once your quote has been approved.

  • Direct payment from WINZ to the registered supplier.
  • The exact quoted amount is put onto your WINZ Payment card.


Direct payment to Easie Living is paid directly to us. Once payment is received, we will process the products, and you can pick up your order.


Payment card option. Your money will be loaded onto your payment card, you come in-store and from there pay like you would with an EFTPOS card.


You must spend the money within 7 days of it being loaded onto your card. This is a WINZ Policy. Please see our Contact us page for our open hours.

Yes, the Easie Living Staff are filled with knowledge about all the products in-store. We will ensure that you know all the information about the products you are looking at. We will advise you on the best item to fit your needs.

Yes, the team can redo your quote if you change your mind on a product, or would like to add or take out a product from your quote.

A Layby allows you to reserve an item and pay for it over time. Once the full payment is made, you can collect the item.

Our Layby terms are for 12 weeks. Payments can be made weekly, fortnightly, or monthly over the 12-week period.

Yes, our Laybys require a minimum deposit, of 10% of the total price.

Payments can be made weekly, fortnightly, or at your convenience. As long as the full amount is paid within the 12-week Layby period.

Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative costs.

If payments are missed or the Layby isn’t completed within the agreed time, the Layby may be cancelled, and a cancellation fee may be deducted from your refund.

Yes, but this depends on the availability of the product. Please check with staff before, as payments may change, and items may not be in stock.

Some sale or clearance items may not be eligible for Layby. Please ask a team member for assistance.

Yes, we can accept debit and credit card payments over the phone. Alternatively, you’re welcome to make direct or automatic payments into Easie Living’s bank account.

Bring your Layby receipt or ID to make payments or collect your item.
